CANCELLATION POLICY at Health In The Bay
As a busy clinic, we have a cancellation policy in place to manage our schedule effectively. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to change your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please follow these guidelines:
- Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
- For the first missed apointment, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
- For subsequent missed appointments, the full appointment fee will be charged.
Fees are applied automatically. If you believe you should be exempt from these charges, please discuss your situation with your practitioner or our reception team. We will consider each case individually.
