FREE TALK. Love Your Guts: Become a Master of your Microbiome
Good news! Due to the first talk reaching capacity, we have set a second date – Wednesday August 1. Reserve your spot now.
With over half the cells in our body consisting of bacteria and other microbes, isn’t it time you understand what makes them tick, and how to have a happy, healthy gut?
As more and more information comes to light about the vast population of microbes that live within our body, we are beginning to understand the importance of looking after our gut bacteria, nourishing them with the right foods, and avoiding lifestyle practices that may harm them. Links to chronic disease and other major health conditions are becoming clear.
Each of us has a unique make up of a microbial ecosystem that makes us an individual, and understanding the best things to do can be confusing and unclear.
What diet should I follow? What environmental factors do I need to be aware of? Am I making the best choice for my microbiome?
Join Nutritionist and whole foods enthusiast Karen Ball on a journey to understand what your microbiome is, how the foods you eat may impact them, and what the best lifestyle choices are that you can make to grow a diverse and abundant microbiota.
