Free talk – Become Stress Resistant.
Join us for an evening talk with Robbie Moore, our resident Psychotherapist, who will be discussing how to become “stress resistant” in a world full of stresses and challenges.
Stress can’t be avoided and unfortunately many stress management approaches try for the impossible – to remove the stresses we face. Unfortunately life stress often cannot be avoided or fixed. Although, what is in our control is to change how we relate to stress, how we hold stress, how we process stress, and what we do in ourselves with stress.
Robbie will be talking about how to build your ability to become stress resistant through observation of, rather than thinking about our stress. He will reveal leading edge approaches that are easy to assimilate and use in daily life. Through using these approaches people are able to experience more presence, calmness and find more creative ways through their stress.
Robbie is a practicing clinical Psychotherapist who also works with high performing business leaders to navigate the stresses and challenges involved in running ethical and successful businesses. Since 1998, Robbie has run workshops on stress management, communication skills, and leadership skills across Australia and overseas.
