- A full initial consultation with full health appraisal, mapping out your individual body system weaknesses and your current diet. Weigh in and measurements taken, along with specific and realistic goal setting for your own personal journey over the next 6 weeks.
- Over the next 4 weeks, a weekly weigh in and measurements consultation, as well as nutritional and wellness coaching on goals you have reached, and working through the program modules.
- In the final week a full consultation, with weigh in and long term goal setting for future behavioural management – how to take what you have learnt and apply it into your life in a permanent and manageable way. Learn how to continue to make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle to have long lasting and enduring effect, even after the program has finished. Time to celebrate all your hard work and achievements!
- A flexible starting date any time during September – start when it suits you and finish ready and healthy for summer.
Benefits and inclusions of the program:
- All consultations, weigh ins and measurement taking sessions.
- Weekly handouts and support, with what to eat (and what not to eat), portion control, meal ideas and recipes, shopping lists and pantry essentials, detox essentials and mindfulness practices all included.
- Access to a weekly email from Karen, with tips and tricks to help you reach your goals that week.
Optional add-in extras:
- Individual nutritional supplements as recommended to best suit your requirements and to help you reach your goals faster and more effectively.
- DNA testing done in Week 1 to determine your optimal dietary macronutrient breakdown, exercise capability and much more (results discussed during Week 3 once returned).
