Nutrition and food intolerance.Ongoing exposure to foods that we may be intolerant to can cause a number of problems, such as digestive issues, brain fog, along with chronic inflammation and activation of the immune system.

Using food intolerance testing methods such as ALCAT or IgG, we can measure the immune reaction to certain white blood cells when a food protein is tested.

How do you know if food intolerance testing is right for you?

  • Do you suffer from:
  • Gastrointestinal disorders such as bloating, constipation/diarrhoea, IBS, reflux or nutritional deficiencies? (iron and calcium absorption issues are common)
  • Skin symptoms such as eczema, psoriasis, rashes or dermatitis, acne?
  • Neurological issues including migraines, headaches, brain fog, poor memory, fatigue, ADHD, depression or mood swings?
  • Respiratory problems such as asthma, wheezing, sinusitis or chronic mucus/post nasal drip?
  • Or sore joints, an autoimmune condition, obesity or inability to lose weight, infertility or allergies?

If any of these symptoms or conditions are present, then food intolerance testing may be helpful for you to determine just what foods are not right for you.
